1 CUP ORGANIC BLACKBERRIES (ADD ^ ICE CUBES IF NOT USING FROZEN BERRIES)

1 BANANA

¼ CUPRAW WALNUTS

16 OZ HOMEMADE ALMOND MILK (ORGANIC UNSWEETENED) Plus Filtered water for desired consistency

2 SCOOPS VANILLA PLANT PROTEIN (EPIC BRAND VANILLA LUCUMA IS GREAT OPTION)

½ AVOCADO peeled & pitted

ORGANIC SPINACH – ½ CUP

1-2 TBSP CHIA SEEDS (Optional Add in GROUND FLAX SEED for ADDED FIBER & Omega3)

1-2 TBSP HEMP HEARTS

¼ TEASPOON CINNAMON

1 TBSP RAW CACAO NIBS
