Ingredients

1 lb Organic Ground Turkey Meat

1 Pastured Egg

1/2 Cup Chopped Vidalia onion

1/4 Cup Coarse Chopped Fresh Sage

1/3  Cup Chopped Cilantro

2 T Chopped Fresh Parsley

1 Green Apple Peeled and Shredded

1/4 cup chopped Shiitake Mushrooms

1-2 T Coconut Flour

Additional Spices:

1/2 teas smoked or regular Paprika

1/4 teas sea salt

1/2 Teas Black Pepper

1/2 teas thyme

1/2 teas each of Garlic & Onion Powder






Directions

1. Mix all Ingredients in a Large Mixing Bowl and Shape with Large Spoon into Patties

2. Separate with Wax Paper on Plate and Grill on Stove Top Grill - med Heat until Browned well and Turn over and cook Through

3. Serve GREEN STYLE on Butter Leaf Lettuce with Micro Greens, Fresh Fermented Veggie Sauerkraut, Apple Slices and Avocado Slices.

Top With a Fresh Organic Dijon Mustard Bacon Sauce ( 2 T Organic Dijon Mustard, !/4 Cup Organic Avocado May (Primal Kitchen clean is Good Choice) 1 teas Pure Maple Syrup pinch of Cayenne and 3-4 slice of uncured Bacon Crumbled.
