15 minutes
preheat pan - use Coconut oil
use high quality non-stick skillet (all-Clad quality is preferred or electric fry pan for even heat distribution

6 - 8 pancakes serves 2-3
2/3 cup High Quality Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder (contact me for Immune Solutions Brand)
1 Banana, mashed
1/2 Cup Clean Almond Milk ( Malk brand - is preferred with 3 ingredients only)
2 medium organic pasture raised eggs
1 tsp Pure Madagascar Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
Peel and mash the banana in medium mixing bowl with a large fork. Add the eggs and the almond milk and beat well with the fork or whisk until well blended.
add the Protein Powder,the baking powder and cinnamon and mix lightly until blended.
use 1/3 cup measure to scoop into well heated pan with some coconut oil. Flip the pancakes when the tops are filled with bubbles and the back is nicely browned. Add a few Blueberries before you flip if you like.
Cook on the other side for another minute- they will raise nicely. Top with Grass Fed butter, a conservative amount of PURE Maple Syrup and Fresh ORGANIC ONLY Fruit like Strawberries and blueberries.
