High Quality Food Processor and bowls to organize measured ingredients
raw - mixing only
12 - 14 balls
1/2 C Raw Pecans
1/2 C Raw Cashews
1/2 C Raw Walnuts
1/4 C Fresh Ground Flax ( use a small coffee grinder works awesome!!)
1 C Organic Turkish Apricots
1/2 C Raw Organic Coconut Flakes
1/4 C Organic Quick Oats
1 T Coconut Oil
1/2 Teas + Organic Cinnamon
3-4 organic Medjool Dates Pitted
Optional 1/4 C Pumpkin seeds for added Protein
Put all the nuts into Food Processor and mix until just under a Coarse consistency.
(if you want to add in pumpkin seeds do it with the nuts)
Add in the Apricots and Raw Coconut Flakes and mix well.
Add the Coconut Oil and mix checking for smooth "sticky" consistency
Add in the cinnamon and organic quick oats and dates
add a little more Cococnut oil if you need to
put on food gloves and roll into balls
store in containers of 2 or 3 for east GRAB-N-GO's
Makes about 12 Good Sized energy balls loaded with Good Fats, Fiber & Protein,
the Apricots provide lots of good Potassium !!
